Gary Barlow Headshot

“I’m always in support of all the positive messages from Sarah and her wonderful Be Well Collective. Yes it’s alarming at how few of us still don’t get just our basic 5 a day but the more we talk and promote the idea of a good all round diet the more accessible the information will be to engage and learn from.”

The Be Well Collective

Bringing Wellness to the High Performance Industries and Individuals

From small beginnings and good intentions, the Be Well Collective was launched to provide mental health and nutritional support to young adults working within the creative industries. Since launching over three years ago, growing our team and diversifying our initiatives, the BWC’s reach of support has grown considerably, with the aim to benefit ALL young people, irrespective of industry or profession.

We have provided support to over 600 young individuals face to face and over 10,000 through online initiatives, working closely with our supporters; the British Fashion Council and the British Fashion Model Agents Association.
