About me

Guiding Principles

How I Approach Health

Everything I do is built around a simple belief: health should be evidence-based, human, and useful. These three pillars reflect the ideas that guide my work, my voice, and the communities I serve.

Practical guidance for everyday life

002

Compassion

I believe better health starts with kindness, clarity, and advice that meets people where they are free from judgment.

Compassion-led wellbeing support

Mental health awareness and advocacy

A human first approach to health

003

Community

I publish conversations, resources, and tools that help people feel more supported, informed and connected.

The way we speak to ourselves changes our physiology.

Study after study shows just how profoundly our inner voice shapes our health outcomes, even how we digest the same meal differently.

Why, in all the plans and protocols and $8.5 trillion of wellness, has this been the missing piece? I think I know why. Because it asks something different of us. Not to do more. But to be kinder. And somehow, that feels harder, because our society does not teach us to do this.

Therapy isn’t about fixing people, it’s about walking beside them as they discover their own way forward.”

I believe wellbeing should feel supportive, sustainable and grounded in everyday life.

My approach combines science with compassion, creating space for individuality and practical habits that feel natural to maintain. At the heart of it, I want health to feel clear, kind and genuinely useful.
